Our Order Fulfilment Process
At ProShip we like to keep our operation slick and efficient, meaning your customer orders are despatched and delivered as quickly as possible.
1. From the moment your goods arrive at our warehouse, our team is on hand to check in the store. We will ensure all stock is accounted for and has arrived undamaged.
2. We then update the inventory levels on our system which in turn updates the inventory levels on your storefront/marketplace - so the QTY of stock on your website is always accurate and up to date. Your stock is then stored in a methodical and organised way, making it quick and easy for our team to locate, pick and then pack your orders.
3. As we are fully integrated into your online store/marketplace, once one of your customers places an order on your website, we are immediately notified through our system, and the pick and pack process begins.
4. The order pick sheet has now been printed and has been passed over to the picking and packing team for processing. Inventory levels would be automatically updated which ensures stock levels are always correct and accurate.
5. Your order has now been accurately picked and perfectly packed by our warehouse team. The order is now ready to be collected by the courier of your choice. At this point the order will be marked as despatched and our systems will automatically update your storefront/marketplace with the despatch information.
6. The order has now been collected your chosen courier and is now beginning its journey to your customers' door. You can track the status of any order by simply logging in to your online portal.
Getting Set Up With Us
Getting set up with ProShip Fulfilment is simple, easy, and fast. We aim to have new accounts set up completely within just a couple of days, meaning we can begin despatching your customer orders almost immediately.
During your account creation, our in-house team manages all the hard work - meaning you don't have to! We can also help you arrange for your goods to be delivered to our warehouse.
