Same Day Despatch
All orders that we receive up to 3pm will be despatched on the same day!
We can handle all customer returns. We can check the stock, and update inventory levels where necessary.

Quick Set Up
Once an agreement is in place, we aim to have an account set up and live within 5 days. Although often, it is even quicker.
Have your goods sent directly to us. We can also help arrange this. Once your goods arrive, our team will check them for damages and quantities.
Pick & Pack
We will accurately pick and beautifully pack all of your customer's orders. We can also gift wrap for you too. You will just need to show/explain what you would like us to do!
Because of the volume that we send via our couriers, we are able to offer you fantastic shipping rates! We can also send your parcels across the globe.
No Hidden Fees
ProShip prides itself on having absolutely zero hidden fees. Everything that you will be charged is shown on our pricing page, there are absolutely no other costs.
Our experienced warehouse team very rarely gets orders wrong. However, in the rare instance that an order was wrong, the cost of that order would be fully refunded.
Once your account is set up, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Whether you need help, or just fancy a chat about your account they will always be there for you.
24/7 Online Portal
A login will be created for you which will allow you to access our 3PL fulfilment software. You will be able to view and manage your stock/orders from this system. It's not complicated either, so don't worry! :)
Clean, Dry & Secure Storage
Your stock will be safe in our secure warehouse which is covered by CCTV and monitored 24/7. We also pride ourselves on having a clean and organised environment for our client's stock.
We directly integrate into almost every single shopping cart/marketplaces/WMS's - This enables our software to work seamlessly together, including real-time inventory updates and order processing.
Do you need a one-off job completing? If so, we can do this! Whatever your needs, whether it's packs or kits that need creating, we can do it!
All basic packaging is included. This includes poly postal bags, bubble wrap, void filler, and jiffy padded envelopes. Bespoke packaging will come at an extra cost.
